Good value
These are really good and well made. The hand grips have a counter on them that can get annoying but outside of that they work really well and have really helped with my elbows and forearms.

Nice
The grippers are alright, the other bits are quite plasticy and cheaply made. Works up to "60kg" force. Not sure whether to believe it but does it's job, and does it well :)

Bargain grip strength device.
My wife needed to strengthen her wrist, after breaking it last year and the hospital specialist recommended these, or this type of thing, to help build her wrist and forearm strength back. This "kit" comes with two of these, plus two rubber "O" rings, to squeeze, and two rubber finger strengtheners, so we both have a set of each. A bargain at this price.

Helpful
Recovering from injury this is helping get-back my hand /wrist strength. The 'click/counter' is a gimmick and uneccesary - if you can count.
