Q: what is the diameter of the center pin 5/16" ?

Hey!! The shaft is 8mm. The ball bearings are 608ZZ with a bore of 8mm. I have bought a lot of these and the metal is low quality stainless but if you're not doing wet stuff or in humid area these are great.

Q: What is the width of the pulley wheel? (Image indicates 11mm u-groove, but what is the full width of the pulley, not including the bracket)

My caliper says that it is slightly larger than 11mm for the grove and 17mm to the outside of just the wheel. Diameter of the wheel is 34mm. To the outside of the rivets on the bracket is 29mm, the bracket alone is 24mm. The full length without the hanger loop is 57mm. Hopefully that helps.
