I had a shoulder injury. My co-worker gave me some Phiten Metax discs to see if it would help me. Surprisingly it helped. I had surgery for the injury and am using it to manage the pain and it makes physical therapy more tolerable. Do not confuse this with the other products available from Phiten. Those don't work for me. I'm a believer.
