System works well and is easy to set up.
I did research the different life alert systems and Bay was one of the top two. Easy to set up and only has to be charged every 5 days, and if I do, they send me an email to remind me. Plus, it is less expensive than any others I looked at. Makes me feel a lot safer as I am alone much of the day.

Good so far
Great product, had all pieces a land yard and a clip for belt or your shirt. Setup is fairly easy but waiting for provider to setup is hard. Still trying to figure out how to connect my health provider. Seems legit

Simple, Reliable and affordable.
I looked at several of these systems and I like that there were no salesman involved. I could make the decision based on the information that was provided. The purchase process was simple the registration Was also simple and three months in, the response time the ease of use for my elderly mother and the comfort it provides her family is unbeatable.Would highly recommend this product without reservation. Those of us looking after elderly parents or family members or friends with special needs we need reliable technology.I trust this device with my mother‘s well-being along with appropriate in house care.

Don't know what happened
I had just activated my unit during the week and on Saturday gave both my sons the phone number of the emergency services so that they would know who was calling if that number came up on their phones. later that day while we were eating dinner my phone rang showing a possible scam so I didn't answer. Next thing my sons phone rang showing the emergency call service. they told him my alarm had gone off. I never heard a message that my alarm was activated. If these units are that sensitive I want no part of them. I haven't carried mine since that day.

Helpful device
It is a very helpful tool as I am alone frequently. For our area it needs to contact T Mobile instead of Verizon.

Worked well...to start with
Although I had been pleased with the unit to start with, I found that it had stopped working suddenly. I tried to check functionality on my cell phone but recorded message stated that the cell signal was not available. My computer measured a download speed of 200 Mgps, so that was silly. Our phones were working. I reset the password and reinstalled the app on my phone. Restarted the phone. Nothing. I finally got a response on the unit and assured that I was testing. It confirmed the testing status. Site on phone still not working. I finally searched the website on my computer and found a way to download the app to my phone, which did the trick. In the meantime, local dispatch called and a local ambulance member showed up at the door. Really not too sure i want to keep this unit for 45.00 per month right now.

If you are getting older and live alone, this is something you should seriously consider obtaining.
I didn't like buying this, but after two "semi-controlled excursion to prone', and the inability to get up on my own where it took way too long to get to my phone, I decided I needed to get something like this. I'm 70 so I guess it was inevitable. It comes with a substantial belt clip and a neck lanyard. It is well built, and I find myself being able to ignore it hanging around my neck. While getting used to wearing it I managed to trigger the alarm accidentally. I wad connected immediately both times. The system uses a semi-automated answering system to determine what help is needed. Since both times were accidental I just said so and the system disconnected. I haven't had to use it in a real emergency so I can't speak to what would happen next. The compact USB charging base sits next to my computer and is very compact and easy to correctly place the pendant in. There is a recorded response that plays to let one know it is charging. The two times the battery was getting low I got an email to that effect to warm we. The lanyard supplied fits easily over my head, had has a magnetic catch to facilitate on/off access if one had troubles getting the lanyard over the head. There is a $30 service fee, which I feel is very reasonable for the service provided. All in all I am pleased my purchase.

My wife and I feel so much safer!
Highly recommend! This is the Cadillac of life alerts. It let's our kids know exactly where we are anywhere. Unlike local home systems, this cell-based uses GPS. This alert holds a charge several days and we can remotely check battery status from the app. We can perform an actual alarm test any time. Best of all we save $10/mth thru Amazon.
