Great value
Looked for a while at several office chairs. I like the style of this chair, but also drawn to the positive reviews for comfort. Setup was simple. Tools provided. This is an incredibly comfortable chair. Good weight to each component so it seems to be very durable. So many adjustments make this a great option for most. I'll come back to update my review if this changes as I use the chair more, but so far amazing and I'd definitely recommend to friends & family.

Comfort but not overprices

Not a good brand anymore.
My office used to use entirely Hon chairs. Not only is this chair uncomfortable, and the build is cheapish, but to my surprise these newer Hon "Basyx" chairs are all made in China.At this price we switched entirely over to Lorell USA line and the quality, comfort, and durability FAR surpass this.My question is if Lorell can make their chairs in the U.S.A. (and we got ours cheaper than the Hons at the time) at the same price point WITH BETTER BUILD QUALITY (all the joints are metal for example) and BETTER COMFORT,What is Hon even doing?....

Comfortable chair
Comfortable chair that is very sturdy. Purchased for my son-in-law for his at home office.

Sturdy but not comfortable
This chair is a sturdy chair as of now (15 days) i found. But its not confortable to sit on. The sit cushion material is not good and feels pain if you keep sitting 30 to 40 minutes. Arm rests are short for a 5'10" body. So overall its not a good option if you want to use as a pc desk chair. Will be good in a office for short time sitting for the clients or visitors.

NOT WORTH IT
The package job was subpar at best, box was all banged up had holes in it and there are not instructions at all for the chair...chair creaks and is not as comfortable as promised. For the price is was expecting much more quality...
