I bought this laptop in January to replace my other slow, old HP laptop. I was kind of hesitant to buy a laptop on Amazon from a seller I wasn't familiar with. This laptop is lighter and lightning fast. The battery life is decent. I have noticed the keyboard feels "empty" like there's nothing underneath the keys when I type. It only has 2 USB ports while my old one has 3 and.....there's no CD player. I didn't notice until I was trying to insert a CD with my MRI images lol. I'm happy with my laptop

I needed a new laptop that has enough storage for me to run my two small businesses from. I love it! Perfect size and its too heavy. The fan is a little bit loud but I knew that from previous reviews. The touchscreen works great and the Microsoft office was easy to set up. I have no complaints on this laptop and very happy with my purchase.

Having computer under three months my computer will not charge with cord.Everything is great. Love the touch screen.Just disappointed about cord

We've only had it a few days, but it came when promised and looks like it will be a good one.

I love it. However the keys are too light and I bought a keyboard cover to go on it and it's great! It was so easy to set up! There are only two USB ports so you need to be aware of that. For me it's perfect!

I bought this because the tax software I use for work can only be used on a PC and I have been using a Mac for last eight years. I’ve used a host for my software but it was getting too expensive and instable so I bought this as a workaround. First- construction- this thing is so flimsy and the key board and track pad feel like you have to bang on them to get them to do any thing. Then- software- Once I booted it up, I figured out you have to turn off S mode if you want to actually download any software not Microsoft which is insane. The the pop ups began- weird errors about the Optum disk errors, annoying bloatware pop ups, and of course obligatory push to buy all the MS suite. It overheated within 30 mins of use and the fan sounds like an ancient PC. RAM was so slow my software was moving at a snails pace. I know this isn’t top of line but holy crap I want to throw it across the room. Thinking I will have to wipe it and return it and keep my software host? How does anyone have the patience to use this thing?

Can't believe how quality this is for the price. I got a used one the first time, but the battery was shot, so I just got a new one, and it's fast, and has a ton of memory. I get around 6 hours with battery saver on (at full brightness and using wifi). I know that's under it's specs, but that's good enough for me.

Love my new laptop. Needed one to open my own business and it will be getting lots of use. Holds battery charge for a long time!!
