Cisco managed switch, easy-to-understand user interface
I've had this switch now for several months, and as expected, it has performed perfectly. I have multiple VLANs configured in addition to POE+.

Excellent Switch
Love this switch! I replaced two managed switches with fans with two of these in order to reduce noise. These are super quiet (no fan). So far they have been excellent. They are definitely the way to go for in house, home networking.

Easy to set up and just works
Installed this in our IT closet at work and just worked as expected right out of the box. Nothing else to report. If you want a fanless and easy-to-manage switch for your office that doesn't break the bank i'd recommend..

Avoid like the plague
Horrible switch, avoid at all costs. Product is not actually supported or warrantied by Cisco. But rather by some 3rd party which looks to be just some guy. It has issues and requires a power cycle every now and again. I will never by Cisco again.
