My hair is growing slowly but is coming up so happy 😊

The product is watered down
The product is very watery based for it to be an oil, it’s as if it was water down. I don’t see the consistency for castor oil, nor smell any mint or rosemary. When applied to the hair it’s like a watery consistency. Very disappointing
