This product helps when my face breakout.I have been taking this for hormonal acne.

6 days in noticed extreme fatigue /headaches & taking naps. 7th day actually felt better so I decided to go for the hundred milligrams 1/21 passed out at 10 PM woke up at 9 AM felt all right up until 330 and now I feel like I’m crashing and I could just go to sleep decided to test with Inito fertility monitor, but I’m using it to track my hormones in the medical lights that are left over to see if the DIM is really working my estrogen is like 95 so that’s way lower than it was at its highest at like 298 so the stuff is definitely working. I think I’m not gonna take anymore and just wait a month and try i’m on HRT therapy so I do think it’s a great idea to help detox all the buildup once in a while my plan was to do it every other month but since I need to baby step into this because I’m only on 50 mg as soon as I seem to go over that it’s like a crash they did say when your body detox as you’ll get headaches and fatigue which definitely are my symptoms of fatigue is the worst they say to hang in there as your body detox is 3 to 7 days is usually the worst of the symptoms, and it gets better attached is a snapshot of the Inito photo that shows my hormones show that they did get lowered so it does work it’s just powerful in my opinion.

I keep this on repeat—it’s been a game changer for my menopause symptoms, especially hormonal acne.

A lot of good reviews. I can’t take as it made me sick to my stomach and really bad headaches. Tried for 1 week and quit taking. Everyone’s body is different. I feel much better after I quit taking. Hopefully it will help you.

I will never deviate from this brand/formula. Since both DIM and Calcium D Glucarate are required for the break down of excess estrogen AND the elimination of it, having both in one capsule is great and it works great too.I’ve been using this for nearly two years now and the profuse swearing ending the first day of using it, it relieves breast soreness within an hour and it’s super affordable. My husband even takes it for prostate health. Not too bad of a swallow either for being a horse pill. If hesitating, go for it. It does the job better than any other brand I’ve tried.
