These hand covers work very nicely. The castor oil treatment performs wonderfully with arthritic hands, and reduces the discomfort and softens the skin as a bonus. I would recommend this product.

If you have small hands these will not work well no matter how tight you try to get them. They will kinda hold a compress in place. There will be slippage and bunching up if you move your hands much while using it.
