Very comfortable to wear but unfortunately not for me. Bought them to compensate for my different leg length and arthritic hip on the same side. First few hours were good but then the pain started in my hip. Think my gait has been to compensate for different leg lengths and didn’t like being adjusted!

It’s early days, wearing these, but so far I am quite pleased with them.

I am very happy to say that these heel lifts are well made and of good quality, unfortunately they did not suit my purpose but that reflects on my needs rather than the the item.If you are sure that a heel lifts are what you need - then do not hesitate - 0n quality alone I can recommend them

I fractured my hip last year, a compression fracture which was undetected for several weeks. It has healed without intervention but has left the affected leg about 10mm shorter. I now need a heel lift in my shoe to avoid aching and discomfort in my lower back / hip. I was given solid silicon variable height lifts by the NHS but the solid layer under my heel increased the discomfort. These cushioned gel layers work very well. I use three layers and now have no discomfort in normal day to day activity. I mostly wear sneakers/trainers however as three of the layers out of four are clear and they are self adhesive they can even be used in sandals without being too obvious. I’ve also used two layers together with a T shaped gel heel grip (also self-adhesive and from Amazon) in slip on ballet flats and some court shoes, which also works well; the heel grip substitutes the third layer and keeps the shoe on when I need a more dressy look. Although I’m 64 I’m not ready to succumb to wearing ‘granny’ shoes with occasion outfits and these have been a godsend to allow me to continue to wear most of my occasion shoes.

These weren’t as good as I hoped. They moved around in my shoes despite being stuck down. I wouldn’t purchase again

Really pleased with these heel raisers, after knee replacement surgery my right leg is now almost 1 inch longer which was causing problems with walking. Put the raisers into my left shoe and hey presto, more balanced out now. Have them in my slippers and trainers and going to order more for my other shoes.

They are just as described, very sticky so must be placed carefully, they work , I had hip replacement surgery and my leg ended up slightly longer than the other. These have rectified that difference,

My length discrepancy is about 1/2 inch. Before trying this one, I tried the other brand and it worked, the each layer is 1/8 and I had to use more pieces to where I want.With this one, I can use just two of them and since it comes with more pieces, I can put them in more shoes, which makes it very economical.It is very comfortable, repositioning is easy. When I am using just the silicone pieces, I put them under the insole called Summer Sole. (Summer sole doesn’t add any thickness to the insole but provide suede like feel that absorbs sweat. I have been using them for a while in all type of footwear such as sneakers, sandals. )This heel riser sticks on very well and I don’t notice any shifting while walking.I have minor scoliosis and hip arthritis, which I am thinking originated from the uneven hip due to leg length difference. At first, the back muscles had to get used to with the even hip height and I had some discomfort at the end of the day. With this in my shoes, I can stand with both leg straight rather than one bend and it is comfortable.I am ordering the beige color one now but please bring back the black one.

These are the best I’ve tried. They cushion impact, designed to last’ attractive and they stick to insole. Big problem for shoes that don’t have removable insoles. I have a leg length discrepancy which causes hip and low back pain. Lifts have been the solution but all that I have tried have worn out fast, rock hard and I’ve had to use glue to fasten them to sandals and shoes without removable insoles.

It works as advertised on my sandals, sneakers and oxfords. Thank you!
