Q: Why do these steam up so much? i could hardly see, had to take off. is there a trick?

Regards, No trick it's because there is no free flow of air between lens and eye. This shows the goggle works, tear gas and irritant is more difficult to reach the eye. I don't wear them they look like motor cycle goggles, nicely presented but impracticle for everyday use. Hope this helps. Stay Safe.

Q: Is it anti fog & wind protector

I ride a motorcycle with them on, Foam on lens keeps some but not all wind out, I haven’t had a problem with fogging up but that doesn’t mean they won’t.

Q: i have difficulty changing the lens

Use a very small flat screwdriver to gently push in the top tab a little. Pressing the lens backward will release it.
