Before I had these, my bio-clock got so used to the lights at my night security job. I habitually went to sleep 3AM. Then, I had trouble functioning in my public school day job. Now that I got these I finally am able to go to sleep when I need to and I performed better at my jobs. I like the style. It also comes with a cloth and everything I could possibly need to maintain them.

I love these glasses!! I had purchased two other types before these and they did nothing fory sleep. I put these glasses on two hours before bedtime and I start noticing I'm getting sleepy I'm about half an hour. They seem higher quality than I thought for this price. They fit great even though I have a wide bridge on my nose. They definitely block most all the blue light because I'm sleeping so much better! Highly satisfied!

I absolutely love these! I was skeptical at first. But I use them almost every night. I hated how long I would stay up scrolling on my phone before bed. Now when I wear these, I'm passing out with my phone hitting my face in less than 30 min 😆
