This item is amazing. Washing my hair I feel now that I get a good clean scalp and and massages it @ the same time. My hands are very arthritic, this is light weight and easy to hold. Before this purchace I didn't feel like my hair and scalp were clean. Would highly recommend!

I have an itchy scalp. It’s not just dandruff. I use Head and Shoulders because any of the other more strong dandruff shampoos have done nothing to improve my itchy scalp. I’ve been told I have Sebhorreic Dermatitis on my scalp. Ok…but what to do. I’ve tried it all.I bought this scrubber to help me. It really did improve my itching. So glad to have found it.

just using it gently dry over a black surface will show you how much dandruff you have, it can be soothing for the scalp but just a bit too much or pressing too much could lead to redness.

I don't know if it was a product error or a shipping error, but when I received the product, the handle was already broken. Kinda disappointed since it gotta be harder to use without handle.
