Great cutter!
Cuts great. Sharp blade so be careful. I use it to cut my ostomy barriers to fit with this. Works perfect.

It works...but...
It does what it's supposed to do, cuts a circle. The blade is VERY sharp and if you don't have your fingers placed right, you'll find out fast just how sharp it is. Wish I could give 5 stars, but I can't because there's no way to cut accurate circles that have been pre-printed because there's no window or guide to help with it. You just kind of have to guess where it's going to cut.

Gets the job done
Has a sharp blade at first but gets dull very fast.

Razor makes sharp cuts
I like this Circle cutter because it makes nice sharp cuts. It’s a little hard to line up the paper if you’re trying to get an a design inside of the circle, so I wish there was a resolution for that. Because you can’t line it up to know where you are going to make the cut it is not as easy to use, if you want a certain part of the decorated paper to be inside of your cut circle. It has prongs that hold the paper down in place so the paper doesn’t slip. This is a sharp metal razor, see photo. One thing that I thought was hard to use was when you flip the top open, the bottom is so lightweight that the whole thing can topple over. And handling it and when it moves on you in an open position, it’s a little risky for safety with that sharp metal razor being exposed. This is not for children because they can easily get cut using it. As an adult, I found this easy to use, and it did make sharper cuts then some of my metal Circle shaped dye cutter gadgets.

Works great until it doesn't
This works great until the sharp blade is no longer sharp. Good luckfindin a replacement blade for this. The comapny tells you to buy a whole new unit, since they don't know where to get a replacement blade ...Not sure if this a a genius or a diabolical business model.
