It's such a struggle finding vitamins that actually 1) taste good 2) offer legit nutritional value and 3) aren't filled with all of the other gunk. These ones definitely tick all of the boxes! The packaging is amazing and extremely thoughtful both in consumer experience and sustainability. The gummies themselves taste like fruit snacks, except they only have 1g per gummy! I love that these can be seamlessly integrated into my daily routine without it being a nuisance to take them. Highly recommend!One note is that mine did melt a little bit in shipping so they ended up sticking together but it's not like you can't easily break off the pieces. Plus, once they sat overnight and cooled, they were totally fine!

Not what I expected .

I had been looking for a multi vitamin that was going to check all my boxes and when I saw this brand I just had to try it! The packaging is SO cute AND reusable so I can just order refills and not waste plastic. The gummies are tasty, made with organic fruits and veggies, and they stay away from all the junk (so no synthetic colors, no gmos, and it’s allergy friendly!) truly, I am relieved that I can trust the vitamins I put in my body. My only tiny complaint is the seal needed scissors to open, but once it was open everything else was exactly as I wanted it! This is a product I will DEFINITELY be recommending to my friends, especially my gluten-free friends!

I noticed a positive difference in my energy levels and overall well-being. My skin and hair has improved. These gummies are not only delicious but also packed with essential nutrients that cater specifically to women’s health needs. The only downside I found is the product is pricey but overall, great product!

I have tried a few different gummy vitamins over the years and this is slightly different, compared to the other ones Ive have before this one has a slight grainy texture but not in a bad way, thats probably just because its VEGAN. It is a little more moist than im use to but I think that helps it bring out the flavors and honestly I could snack on these all day. Also the packaging is so unique and cute I really like the design. I dont have to worry about losing the cap in case I drop it under something its so much easier to retrieve thought it may be big.

Cons: if the weather is hot, be prepared for a melted ball of goo to arrive at your door, and if they aren’t all melted-you’ll want a long fork to grab the rest and you won’t want to put your hands in the super sticky containerPros: taste was fine to me, quality ingredient list, excellent customer service, just wish they didn’t constantly arrive melted

The product quality is fantastic, but I’m even more impressed with their customer focus and support programs.It’s one thing for a company to offer a product subscription for which they collect my money each month and send something to me, but I hear nothing from them until the next credit card charge is due.It’s on a completely different level when they offer the option to receive several thoughtfully researched, very informative articles throughout the month that go hand-in-hand with trying to live a healthy lifestyle not only for myself, but for my whole family.This is exactly what First Day does, and the net effect is that it magnifies the benefits I’m getting from the products I’m subscribed to (both the vitamin supplement and the gut health booster).Sometimes the articles are about children’s issues, sometimes on teens, and other times on issues I may occasionally be dealing with.In this way, they’re focusing on building a strong customer relationship and trying to help me get the most out of the products that they offer.There must be a significant amount of extra effort that goes into this service, and it’s completely free just for being a customer.This goes far beyond my experience with most product vendors, and for me it magnifies the value and benefit of these First Day products.(but yes, you can opt out if for some reason you think you don’t need to have a research team working for you for free, whose goal is to maximize the benefit you receive from the products that you’re already paying for…)So I’m giving it 5 stars not only for the quality of the products themselves, but also for the complete ‘package’ of services that go along with them for no extra charge, providing a continuous stream of actually-helpful information and the occasional ‘aha moment’ that helps me to address an issue that I or someone in my family may be experiencing.

I am only sharing the photos because I saw others had the same happen and I wanted to say that the customer service is great and fast. You will need to reach out to them directly as Amazon will not return or exchange these. I emailed First Day and had a shipping confirmation for my replacement within an hour of my initial email and after providing a couple of photos. This is my third order from First Day and love the vitamins. I have noticed a difference in my energy levels since taking these and seem to be sleeping better as well. They do tend to be stickier than other gummies but they are made with organic ingredients so I think a difference in consistency is to be expected and if you experience the melting just contact them they are super helpful.
