Will it stay on the temperture that I put it even when I turn it off and on again? I like to to heat up each cup seperate but my kettle always resets

I have not read the manual yet. But it appear to reset each time I unplug it, Since I don't leave it plugged in long enough to "sleep" I'm not sure about that.

Does the kettle have built-in preset temperature for different drinks?

You can set the temperature to whatever you want from 100 to 212 degrees F. (38-100 degrees C)

Temperature not accurate. Actual temperature is 4-5° below that indicated. This is my second...first had warped base. Can temp be calibrated?

Temp on my unit is accurate, have never had a problem.
