My printer works again!
This is exactly what I needed to get my printer working perfect again. It has extended the life of my perfectly good printer that just needed a good clean, and saved me a ton of money because I could do it myself. Is it messy- definitely. But this contained everything I needed and was fairly easy to use for what it is. My printer is now printing just as well as it did when it was brand new!(FYI: my printer is an Epson EcoTank ET-2750 that I purchased in 2020 and I print hundreds of pages every year for homeschooling)

My printer really needed this
To use this product per the included instructions you need to know how to remove the printhead from your printer and how to reinstall it to be able to use it. If you don't know how to do this or are uncomfortable with that idea, then don't do it because you could completely kill your printer if you don't know what you're doing. The product instructions themselves clearly state that cleaning your printer in this manner is a “final resort” so believe them! However, what the instructions don’t say, is that it is possible to still use this product without removing the printhead, but there are no instructions for that included with the product (which is what I did and it worked). The first thing the instructions for this product say is that you should only use it as a final resort and they advise you to use your printer's own maintenance settings first. That is correct. What the instructions fail to tell you is that there is a further interim step that can be taken to clean the printer if the self-cleaning processes don't work and before taking the last resort of removing the printhead. There are a number of YouTube videos that explain how to do this and you can use the cleaning solution from this product in that interim step. I suggest you watch how it’s done before trying it yourself but this is what I did and it worked without removing the printhead. These are the steps I followed to do this on my Epson WF-3540 (but recognize that they might not work exactly this way for your particular printer): 1) First, print a test page and while printing, unplug the printer. This will allow the printhead to move to the middle of the printer and should also allow you to move the printhead freely inside the printer without damaging it while unplugged. 2) Cut one of the wet cleaning wipes included in the package into a long strip approximately two-inches wide, move the printer to one side and lay the cut strip in the print corridor. 3) Move the printhead back over the strip until there is enough strip showing on each side to be able to grip it with both hands. 4) Then move the strip back and forth against the printhead in a “shoe shine” motion. 5) Remove the strip when it gets too soiled and repeat the process with fresh strips until you’re satisfied with the result. 6) Close the cover and plug the printer back in. Wait for it to power back up and then run maintenance on the printer again. You may need to try this several times maintenance/manual cleaning/maintenance before you get the desired results. Note that you can also use paper towels that have been dampened with the cleaning solution instead of the prepackaged wipes included with the product. This process worked to clean my printer without removing the printhead. I recognize that this interim solution may not work for everyone but I include it here because it’s worth a try before taking a step that could potentially seal the fate of your printer. If you find the interim step doesn’t work, you may be at the last resort stage anyway and have no other choice than to remove the printhead and follow the instructions that are included with the kit. I hope this helps and good luck to anyone faced with this dilemma!

Should have bought syringe and tube type with instructions
Before reading this review. Please note that the manufacturer of this product offered a full refund. I salute them for their response.I thought I was buying the syringe and tube type of cleaner. Though it did have one syringe in the box, there were no instruction on its use and no tube. The only instructions required removing the print head to soak in the solution. None of the instruction looked like my model exactly ( an older Epson WF 2760). For how to remove print head I had to go to internet video-- required removing three part and unscrewing and unplugging connector wires on two parts. I finally got it out and soaked for prescribed time. Got the print head back in. Still did not print right. Ran 3 more regular print head cleaning rounds with printer. Still not printing right. Then it started giving me weird error codes, stuck paper over and over again ( there was no stuck paper). Then finally damaged print head. So likely I damaged it while taking it out and putting it back in. My fault there. So a cautionary tale-- get the syringe and tube kind of kit with full instructions or use a youtube video clean your print head.

Might be worth a try
Our HP printer, which I loathe, has been riddles with problems right from the start and a clogged printhead has just been the latest issue. This little kit has proved itslef pretty helpful for being able to squeak a little more printing life from our abysmal printer. It's a little tedious, but not difficult so it may be worth a shot if you have an annoying printer that is driving you mad!

Made my printer as good as new
Very easy to use. Followed the instructions from a video (I don't remember if this came with instructions or not, I did this about 6 months ago). I used this along with the printer head cleaning setting on the printer a few times since the ink was dried up, added some more ink and was good as new! I recommend trying it out.

Need to clean my print heads on an Epson printer
This kit is a basic kit for classing your inkjet printer, print head.It comes with adapters and the tools necessary to clean your heads.Kit seems to be complete and it should work out well.Printers are expensive and messy devices, and every single one of them will clog and degrade in quality. This kitis detained designed to clean those clogs it seems ok, if you're not fearful of electronics and maintaining them.Realistically, this kit is usable and there are many videos of how to deal with individual printers.I would be hesitant to recommend someone not somewhat tech capable to attempt to use a kit like this, but that being said, you're not without resources.I would search your specific printer model or on YouTube, or something sites, and use that info to decide whether you want to go down this path. If it seems easy enough to get the head out, or accessible, then it'll likely be fine. But if you need to take half of the machine apart, and you're not comfortable with disassembly/reassembly; I would recommend seeing if you have someone who is more comfortable with that sort of thing who can assist. It will likely be messy, as ink is inherently a bit messy.
