I got the curly noodles and these are SO GOOD. The noodles do not get mushy. They are a little dense and heavier than normal pasta The flavor is on target. And I appreciate that it has a lot of fiber and protein so I can follow my specific diet. They are pricey, but I am exercising portion control so that helps. I also like that it’s not loaded with chemicals.

Having dietary challenges in our house and loving pasta, this is a great solution. Taste is delicious and no weird texture. You would never know it isn’t regular pasta. Will buy again

Of all the options I have purchased for lower carb pasta, this is one of my favorites so far. This is good for serving under sauce or making a one pan casserole. the texture and taste are both good. Monitoring the texture of your cooking pasta to get it to the right doneness will give you the best results.

I love this pasta! It cooks like regular pasta, but I love the fact that the chickpea doesn't ruin the flavor.
