Q: How good is the quality?

It is really good quality! I’ve had mine a little over 2 years now and it still looks like I got yesterday. The blade doesn’t chip or wear down too fast. I’ve sharpened it over a dozen times and it hasn’t compromised its integrity. I get tons of compliments every time I use it and definitely would recommend!

Q: how long is the whole thing, when open?

Its about 6.5 inches long end to end.

Q: does the color scratch off easy?

No. I’ve had mine for months now and I’ve dropped, scraped, washed and sharpened the knife. With no damage to the color.
