Great little shave that is made well and gives a pretty good shave while traveling.
Norelco uses a rotary blade system that doesn't cut quite as close as a foil shaver but the foil is extremely fragile and bends easily as mine did, so I went with the rotary type, and it is much more sturdy design. But NO electric razor, foil or rotary will cut as close as a blade, I don't care what the advertisements say, there is always very minor stubble but you can't see it, but you can feel it if you brush your hand against the grain, so you have to be aware of that going into an electric razor. For best results ideally you should shave in the AM and PM if you need to look your best all day because this is a small travel dual rotary design it won't cut as close as a full size triple or 5 foil razor will nor will it cut as fast as those others due to only having a dual blade system..I get pretty good results using Cremo because Cremo is a thinner style cream vs others so it won't clog up the razor and it allows closer contact with the skin, plus it's the slickest of all the shaving stuff on the market so the head speed does not slow down which again assists in cutting closer. Cremo also lasts a long time, all I need is a pea size drop, so a 3 oz bottle that is legal for air travel will last for a least a month.I read a comment complaining he was getting nicks, I can't figure out how that is even possible, those blades are behind the rotary guard, it's impossible to nick yourself. Most complaints is simply people who don't know how to use an electric razor.I gave it 5 stars because it is compact, not as compact as a Panasonic single foil one I had, but it was not built as well as the Norelco, and they both seem to cut about the same closeness. Of the two the Panasonic felt rougher to me. But the portableness of the Norelco is good enough, and the quality is higher than the Panasonic, along with the supposedly 60 days of shaving on one charge which means I don't need to carry the charging cord when I go traveling, just charge it before I go, combine all of that with the price and it's pretty decent solid shaver.

Compact and Convenient, But Could Be Gentler on the Skin
The Philips Norelco Compact Portable Men’s Travel Electric Wet & Dry Facial Shaver is a handy little device that’s great for traveling. Its small size makes it easy to toss into a bag without taking up much space, which is a big plus for me.In terms of performance, it shaves okay. I’ve found that I have to pass over the same areas a few times to get all the hair, but it does eventually get the job done. I specifically bought this shaver because I tend to get razor burn easily, and while it’s been somewhat helpful in avoiding irritation, I’ve had issues with nicks and small cuts, which is disappointing for a product meant to be gentle.Overall, it’s a decent option if you’re looking for something portable and functional, but don’t expect a perfect shaving experience. It’s good for quick touch-ups while traveling, but I wouldn’t rely on it for everyday use.

Compact and Reliable Shaver
Perfect for travel—small, lightweight, and powerful enough for a clean shave. Battery life is impressive, and it comes with a case.

Excellent for touch-ups
I have a couple of aggressive high end razors that I'm getting used to, but a couple hours after I'm done; I'll find a spot or two that I missed, and this razor works great for areas like that. Also; I occasionally get redness on my throat from those aggressive razors, but I still have to shave that area while it's healing, and this little 'travel' razor provides a delicate touch in those spots.I tried it today for the first time, and did my whole face with it. I can see why it's called a travel razor. It takes up very little room, and does a commendable job, perfectly presentable for business meetings.Does it get as close as a 300.00+ razor? Of course not. But for meeting and greeting people, it gets the job done.I'm so glad I found this, and would definitely buy it again.

Minimalist's delight
Phillips Norelco finally introduced a compact, rechargeable travel shaver with excellent heads! It's compact, lightweight, has a travel lock, and gives a close shave. While the shaver is easily a five-start product, I am only giving it four stars because it came with a "unique" USB 5V charging cable, one with a USB-A on one end a double-hole connect on the other. Now I have yet another cable type. I thought the EU put a stop to this nonsense! The shaver's case is overkill. I'm going to use to store the cord and leave both the case and cord at home. Fully charged, I should get two months use before it needs recharging.

Working great for me
Very compact, easy to clean , close shave, long charge. I’m using it daily as my regular shaver. Granted, I don’t have a tough thick beard.
