I am extremely impressed by this. My old one had a piece you removed and put in the fridge and it felt plasticy and hard. This is so comfy and soft, I tried it on straight out of the box and it was already so cooling and relieving. I liked how they give you a bag to put it in for inside of the fridge to prevent any odours attaching. That was one of the big downsides to my old one too.

Excellent product, it was exactly what I was expecting from it. Great quality, and it does not get excessively cold. I love the design as it covers all of the head, with a convenient little aperture for the hair. For me, it provided stress relief and was very comfortable to use. The material is of great quality as well.

As per title. No complaints, adjustable strap is effective. 1 star down as I don't feel this holds temp as well as some others, but a fair trade off for adjustability. Holds shape well. Doesn't freeze. Not used for heat.

I find this a little on the large side for my head . , despite it being adjustable.However I find the coolness very soothing , & this wouldn't stop my migraine ,but it does feel like my heads being ' hugged' ...It also stays in shape & can be stored in the fridge without taking up much room .I've also used it straight out of the freezer on a swollen ankle .. very handy ..

So I bought this as I have persistsnt migraines. popped it in the fridge and at first use it was ok, stayed cold for about 20 minutes but then absorbed the hest from the raging pickaxe in my head. I resorted to the freezer and it worked really well.I put it on and started to feel soothed, but shortly after I got a headache like you get when you swallow 40 gallons of ice cream in quick succession. In the rnd I resorted to putting my head in the freezer and that soon warmed me up to a point I could function like a human being.I would recommend that you freeze it, and ot will work, but it might be worth just using it in short bursts, i wouldn't recommend using it frozen overnight, because if you do, you will feel like Disney's Frozen was wrote just for you, and for those of you who think "the cold doesnt bother me anyway", I would recommend this highly.

This product is just amazing. I keep it in the fridge and it feels lovely when I use it. Also been using it during hot weather to help keep me cool at bedtime. I have tried putting it in the freezer, but it’s actually too cold then.Easy to use and I can put my ponytail through the adjustable part at the back.

Chronic migraine sufferer here and this is the best ice cap I've used! You can lay on it, fold it up and hold it on your head, or fasten it as the images show. As others mention its a great all round ice pack for injuries too. Lovely material that feels nice on your skin.
