Samsung Buds3 Pro Non-UK Not Certified UK Item

Bought these for my wife as I already have a set. They are great ear buds.

I use these every day, especially for my morning walks (about an hour each), and I’m constantly listening to audiobooks and music. Despite the regular use, I only need to charge them about once a week — the battery life is seriously impressive.Sound quality is also really solid. The bass is strong, and overall it’s very adaptable whether you're listening to music, podcasts, or calls. For the price, the value is brilliant — definitely a worthwhile purchase.

I bought these headphones, since I am a Samsung fan.But I am very disappointed, since on the second day of use, the left earphone stopped working. I hope I have luck at Samsung and that they change them, since they are under warrantyI hope Amazon exchanges them for new ones

Product arrived as described, the box arrived with factory seals intact, I've had an absolute blast trying the Galaxy Buds 3 Pros out the past couple of days. That said, you might be wondering what takes that star away, right? The country of origin on my specific model differs from where I reside in, therefore there's only "limited warranty" available for the product, as per claimed by Samsung's warranty website. This for me personally isn't a dealbreaker at such a great price, and it won't be for anyone else who keeps good care of their belongings as well. I was initially skeptical, and I'm sure some other people considering this purchase are too, so I hope this was of help.
