Apply Aussie 3 Minute Miracle to DRY hair. Saturate it and comb through. Leave in for 15 minutes then rinse and shampoo and condition as usual. This works to get the heaviest pomades and waxes out.

It is more so like grease. Its very oily after you put it in your hair and scalp. So you should put it on thin. A jar can last up to four months, depending upon the use and length of hair. None the less, it works.

I had the same problem, had to wash it 3 times. My hair was sticking out all over. I do not recommend this for Caucasian hair.
