I am currently suffering 2 herniated discs in my lower back. A friend suggested a belt like this to help with my pain, posture and general well being. After thoroughly researching, I purchased this one. Game changer! Absolutely delighted with this belt. Instantly I began to feel better. The support is instant, I can now sit a tadge more comfortably or sit in a car without wincing in agony. It feels a little odd to wear but compared to the pain, happy to get used to it. After a few days wear I noticed my pain reducing a bit, not needing to take so much medication for the sciatic pain. Now I also wear it in bed, as lying down is nearly as unbearable as sitting. This belt is so supportive, it has really made a horrible situation a bit more bearable until I get my op. Highly recommend.

Item works very well

Only used this a couple of times but it really does help when lifting heavy objects, I'm a 36" waist but it only just fits so perhaps try a size up. Hence the 4 stars.

I suffer from spinal stenosis at L4/L5. This brace is a perfect fit and provides support and importantly pain relief. The massage pad is brilliant and along with using a back stretch device also from Amazon my pain is much improved. Good value and made to last. Very highly recommended.

haven't tried it yet but it looks and feels good. I have one I bought in Lidl to try and it was good but didn't last long, hence buying a better one. I can let you know if its any good after I have had a summer of sewing and gardening!
