I've been using these for years. Anytime there is pollen in the air or Vog from our volcanoes in Hawaii I wave this under my nose and can breathe deeply and easily instantly. Beats Vicks by a long mile!It opens the nose perfectly without that sting and burn. It's strong but it doesn't make your eyes water...at least mine.It even calms down anxious moments..if you haven't discovered Olba for that ..you should!Smells pleasant..excellent value.

Clears out congestion. Can be strong so go slow with small inhales. Do frequently to get congestion to break up. I’ve had one of these for years and it’s still strong and effective. It doesn’t burn but it feels cool. I like the smell but I grew up on Vicks so I’m a fan of this type of nasal relief.

These seem to help my migraines. I won't say they will stop it, but it helps me a big part of the time.

Fantastic alternative to big name brands that are loaded with synthetic chemicals. Works great, smells like pure peppermint and eucalyptus, lasts a good month or so as long as you make sure to keep the cap on tight.

I've tried some of the other inhalers but this is the best. It's fresh and has a wonderful herbal scent that's effective for a sinus inhaler without smelling like cough medicine. I use it during allergy season and sometimes just when I have a headache.
