Q: How do I get the remote control and fan to pair? We have tried everything!

Each remote has a receiver in the hub of the fan, so I doubt they can be paired 😳

Q: Can this fan be used without remote, and on a switch instead?

My fan is also hooked to a wall switch but you can only turn the fan off by a switch, “not on”! The remote is necessary to turn it on and adjust speed levels

Q: Do you sell the long wires to go with this fan to 48 inches , I purchased this fan but need longer wiring for a 48 inch down rod.

The fan came with 2 down rods but not 48 inches long.
