Edited: Great customer service and a good resolution to our problem. I would buy from Prolee again.The back "glass" has a large chip on the lower right side, and the latch on the top left is broken. My son, 9, worked for months to buy this and is devastated.

The reason this item is cheap, is because its cheaply made. The hardware is terrible (I replace it all), and there is no tray in the bottom. Just a flat piece of acrylic to protect the wood underneath, but over time the system would fail with moisture. So I went to Tap Plastics and built an acrylic tray with 4.5" sides. I also added struts to the top lid so you dont have to hold it open. Its functional now that I upgraded it, but it cost about $130 in parts and about 2 hours of labor. It is very pretty, and still cheaper than glass tank. Its also a lot lighter than a glass tank which is also nice for such a large tank/vivarium.

Good big tank tank, light weight easy to build. Looks good with any furniture.If you are needing an upgrade for a snake though. Anything with nails will 100% scratch the acrylic.You get what you pay for not bad price but not the sturdiest. It works well once it is full of bedding. I like the tanks for my boas, for now :)

Very easy to assemble I will give them that. Do not waste your money. Very poor quality and did not feel comfortable to put my snake in for his safety. The plastic sides are easily damaged by a scratch of your nail and is very flimsy. Makes me wonder how it will be if I used it when cleaning was needed. Was already damaged by top screen and caving in so unsure how sturdy it can be in the future. Would hate for someone’s pet to have light fixtures fall onto them. It is affordable for size but the quality is not there at all which is what you get for, for that price. Not a deal at all. Definitely recommend buying second hand like fb marketplace for better quality for around the same price. This product will not last you long term should only be used for short periods/ temporary. Flimsy particle board. Hard to put together. Came with a big scratch on it and the pilot holes for the hinges were stripped so we had to move the hinge over a few inches and drill new ones.

I love this tank. I was worried because it is plastic, but it is still a really good tank. I would get it again.

Lightweight but great for my brothers gecko, perfect size!

It’s nice looks good for the price, but the acrylic is flimsy and scratches easily, also very hard to keep the humidity high in it even with automatic misters
