I literally found this candle because I was listening to a podcast interview "it's the real" with Mac Miller (Rest In Peace) where he brought this candle in and lit it while they chatted just to have good vibes and comforting scent... 🤣 ... I love some comforting scents and extra love Mac Miller so I was like let me try and find that...once I got it I have to say the beautiful design of the glass bottle and stopper type lid made me super happy. Nothing broken or damaged at all. I love that I can keep and reuse the apothecary design bottle for magical things when the candle is done. The smell is really earthy and warm to me but not an overpowering perfumey fake type scent. I would place it on the more masculine side of the spectrum, but not like one of those awful deodorant or man soap scents. It has some softness to it that balances out the strong and gentle. More like what Dumbledore's library might smell like...old leather bound books and resinous incense with maybe some potion bubbling while he smokes his pipe. It's not the type to scent your whole house but will definitely add some vibes to the room. For me honestly it is another way to connect to Mac who gets myself and so many others through all kinds of times with his gift of music. Made in USA is nice too. I will likely buy again, it's a very chill and comforting scent.Thanks Mac, good lookin out, most dope. 👍💛🕯️🥰☯️♾

I love this particular Paddywax candle scent. It always makes me feel good, and happy when I smell it.

I've bought these for year's.I love the Amber the best, then the Mocha Coffee one.I used to buy them at my local pharmacy, but they stopped carrying them. Pretty sure I didn't pay $20. for it last time either, not even near that, lol But, I love these candles so much, it was worth it, since I couldn't find them elsewhere.They last long, smell and great! They also don't emit soot like many of the cheaper candles do.Sometimes I just leave the cover off the jar and you can smell the candle without even buring it too. It's a nice subtle scent either way.

This has a good scent, maybe a little too foo fooey (forgive my non-word use) but not nearly as bad as this brand's Tobacco and Patchouli scent, that one I don't like at all. This Amber and Smoke scent has a woodsy smell with the slightest hint of vanilla maybe? Hard to tell, and I am not a fan of a lot of vanilla. I own some pieces of bug-filled amber and I still can't tell you what amber is supposed to smell like. To me it doesn't even smell like the pitch it began as.The amber jars are pretty nice though, definitely keepers. I like amber lighting and I might try to make something out of these jars. I have read a review or two complaining that these won't won't stay lit but both of mine work fine. The wicks seem to be long enough to keep burning good but not so long that they throw off a lot of sooty smoke. I didn't have to trim either one. Spendy though, for the size. That is why only four stars.

I have reordered and gifted this candle. If you forget and leave it burning at night, it’s still just gently lit, doesn’t get funky, and is just perfect. Love the scent for both male and females. Will always have one on hand. I’m a candle junkie too.

Omggggg YASSSS. Amber and Smoke smells like an old bookstore with wood shelves. Sooooooo relaxing and nice!I wish the scent carried better. So far the best candles I’ve found for that have been bath and body works.

This is my favorite candle ever! There is nothing like this smell. It’s a musky rustic cabin smell with sweet tones. I seriously have this all over my house. The amazon price is great as I have seen this candle in shops all over the island that I live at super inflated prices.

This was a complete waste of my money. It smelled like smoke and not a trace of amber in it. First of all I wished I would have read the description more better. This is a 8oz candle which is really small compared to less expensive and larger candles I've gotten from BBW or Yankee. I understand It's soy wax and it's suppose to burn cleaner, but everyday I walk out my door I'm exposed to chemicals so if I get to choose my chemical I won't spend my money on this paddy wax joke candle. The wick was wack it really did not burn well at all. I was intrigued when I saw amber in the name. Amber is an awesome smell but it was not captured in this candle. So if you're looking for an amber fragrance don't be deceived by this product. It's horrible.
