Easy to install, but I would recommend to consult/hire a professional.
SharkBite 24 Port Home Run Manifold 3/4 Inch MNPT Inlet x 1/2 Inch Brass Crimp Ball Valve Outlets, is super easy to install, and it has more than enough ports for my house. I had the old copper pipes removed and replaced with Pex. Best move, pex is worry free, against freezing, and the best thing about the ports is if something were to happen, you don't have to shut the water off to the entire house, all you need to do is shut the valve off to the problem line, and viola, you still have running water. I would recommend a plumber for the install as there maybe/are plumbing codes which need to be dealt with, and plumbers are equipped to handle and unforseen problems. imho

All parts are included to do a complete installation
After reading a variety of reviews, some of which were negative, I contacted Sharkbite directly. They informed me that everything necessary was included. When I received the package there was no disappointment. The specialty connectors for the input side were included. Identification stickers for labeling purposes, instructions and all 12 valves with shutoffs were included. I also recommend you add the Amazon packaging over the original box for protection. (This option is no charge from Amazon.) This unit will save me hours of time on the install. 5 star high recommendation.

Plastic Materials?
Plastic body. Unacceptable. Found solid copper manifold with ball joints, built to last. Way too expensive for the quality of the product.

Manifold
Worked great. Wouldn’t buy the open box on this. Bought it twice and both times missing parts. Finally just bought new one and worked perfectly.

Still missing 6 of the 12 valves like other reviews
I never got to install it because like many other reviews have shared it only ships with 6 of the 12 valves. At first I thought I missed something in the fine print but after reading through more carefully it never hints towards "you're paying $250 for a 12 port manifold that only comes with half the valves so we can make more money selling you another 6 valves if you actually need all 12 ports". The manifold is split 6 and 6 so if you just want to use 7 and buy one more valve you'll still have to buy plugs for the other 5 ports on the second side. You use either 6 or 12 there is no in between.
