This magnet works great for its intended application. As others have said, the riveted-on bottom is not sealed and water will get in unless you seal it. I used a silicone tape that bonds to itself and seals nicely to keep any water out of the inside of the housing when pulling the stainless steel pins out of shallow water. Works great and saves a TON of time, as those pins are tiny and they WILL go places you never imagined, no matter how careful you are. 4 stars because it's not sealed against water intrusion. Otherwise, perfect!

If you reload and wet tumble your brass and use steel medium you definitely need this it’s a game changer. Finally something that amazing sells and actually very good product

I honestly got this on a whim, but I'm really glad I did. Not the strongest magnet in the world but it's super easy to use and for separating tiny SS pins from your load it's surprisingly effective.
