Nicely packed and shipped. The shipping did not happen for quite a few days but then flew in fast through FEDEX. It's brewing it's first batch of about 2 ltr. All's looking fine. There was sufficient starter tea and the scoby was indeed healthy and good sized.

Don't know why scoby is so expensive but this was good. I brewred about 2.5 litres and got 2 more healthy scoby. It was my first tine brewing so I'm thrilled. Btw no one seems to tell you this but the Scoby comes soaked in the starter tea you need to brew with so don't discard it!

First of all this SCOBY is really small. But more importantly, it's already dead. My batch started developing mold within a day (as seen in the picture), and it never got to effervescence stage.

The package reached a month and half late thats the only negative point, the starter tea had more sour taste to it. But it was a healthy scoby and I have a baby scoby after 7 day fermentation. its a good product.

My Kombucha developed mould because of this, i couldnt make the tea.

Healthy and good quality scoby. It also comes with an one page instruction on how to start. Already harvested about six liters of kombucha and have extra healthy scoby to gift.

I got the scoby and hopefully it is productive however I didnt like the packaging as it comes in plastic not in a jar as picture shows.
