I used to sell BHI/HEEL products until they discontinued producing HEEL remedies in the U.S. completely and have only a limited line of BHI products. I thought thought they had discontinued BHI too so I've been ordering HEEL from a company in England which, with the shipping, gets really expensive. I was pleased to find MediNatura producing some of the BHI line and even happier to find out that there are even a few BHI products out there. I bought the Wellmind not knowing that I could get the BHI Calming. The Wellmind has similar ingredients but not all. It kinda works but the BHI Calming is better.

My daughter and I are sensitive to Valerian root, it makes us hyper and like all the lights in our brain are on and buzzing constantly. Well, I thought the super diluted valerian wouldn’t make much of an effect… I was so wrong. After about the third dose of the day, I got weirdly irritable and all sounds and lights were overbearing and I felt hungover. My daughter was wound up; awake until 2 AM, up and playing by 9 AM. She wasn’t irritable, but her impulse control was practically nonexistent like she chugged coffee or something.If I take one dose at night it’s not bad. However, I will never give this to my daughter again lol definitely think this is stellar for those who handle valerian root well, but for the ones with different brain wiring, beware. 😂

For me it has a calming and mood lifting effect when I chew 3 of them. Priced reasonably and all natural. Definitely recommend. I order on repeat. It helps calm the mind. No side effects. There are similar products. I find this to be the best.
