being organic the Taste is very good with genuine mustard aroma, quality is on higher side,packed in glass bottle is awesome,it's keeps the oil fresh for long time, Delivery from Amazon is excellent,but packaging is very poor,every time a get a leaked or broken bottle,It would be better if the oil is cold pressed
