Very nice print and very good book totally recommend to readers who are interested or want to know about Shamanism its very simply put in words and can be understood by anyone GREAT TO HAVE IT MY COLLECTION

The book provides a firsthand account of shamanistic journeys which makes very interesting reading. Given the author's academic credentials makes the data much more credible, while the style of writing makes it easy to read and indeed vicariously participate in the 'trips'. While the only other book I've read on this topic is Eliade's, this book is less dry and more engaging (although of course Eliade presents a wealth of information in his unique scholarly style).
