The pin quality was bad the pins were twisted and were through the plastic covering I had to straiten the pins using twiser and I still doubt wether the twisted pins would work in any case

Works great
It must be used for small motors with current rating below 0.6A or 600mA and 12V. If you go for above rating, IC will burn.
