This is not a replacement remote- this review is for the plastic shell to house the innards of a remote who’s buttons have become inoperable or perhaps the remote was cropped and prior planting housing broke. The description was clear for this product and at this price point, how some could be disappointed that they thought they were getting a full replacement remote just doesn’t make sense.The product arrived well packaged and next day. Easy to open, easy to inset the chip/board and new battery. I chose to use my existing Toyota backside of the housing because it was in good condition and it fit perfectly.Once closed I tested and it worked perfectly. I’ve had it for a few weeks and am please and the product does everything I hoped it could, therefore, 5 stars.

I recently got a new to me 2012 Toyota Camry SE that had a broken retaining tab on the remote and allowed the spare key to fall out. Really annoying!!!! But when I found this, I snapped it up and got it a few days later. It easily fit around the electronics of my factory fob and made that problem ancient history. Installation was simple - just snap the seal of the factory fob and peel off the circuit board and put that in the new casing and re-snap. Looks just like the factory fob except for the factory logo and works great!If you have a Toyota fob that has the same issue, this is perfect to solve that! It looks and works just like the original. So far, it has been holding up great over the last couple of months and I expect it to go for the life I have with this car, however long that is!

This she’ll was absolutely spot on. Other than the Toyota logo missing from the back, you cannot tell the difference, except the price was significantly less.If I ever need another one, I’d buy in a heartbeat!

Bought this as a replacement for the OEM fob because the key part kept slipping out. This was a drop-in (clip around?) replacement and worked great. Amazon says this does not fit a 2013 Toyota RAV4 keyless entry key fob but it’s a perfect fit replacement.

Pretty good for the price ,it does the job I mean is better than paying more than a hundred dollars in fob replacement as long as pc board inside the fob is good you can always replace the case with this one.
