Logitech M185 Wireless Mouse, Silver

After 6 years, it still works fine.

Mouse arrived on time in good condition. I slid the back off to retrieve the usb receiver and remove the paper tag that keeps the battery from making contact until I was ready to use it. With the mouse on and Windows up I inserted the receiver into a usb port on my old dell laptop running Windows 10 Home. In 1 to 2 seconds Windows made a new hardware beep and I was up and running. The wireless mouse is perfect, just as I expected. It's a 3 button wireless mouse because the scroll wheel is also a button when you push it down instead of scrolling. It is accurate, I don't experience any lag, and all buttons and scroll wheel work perfect. My mouse in Windows is already setup for right handed use so I had nothing to setup. I'm a large guy and it feels good in my hands. It's slightly smaller size is in my opinion for being more mobile when transporting my laptop and it doesn't need as much surface to operate, like the armrest of my recliner. I like that it doesn't have the red light for reading the surface. I would buy again.

This is my second Logitech M185 Wireless Mouse. I love this model. It's the perfect side. It fits my hand perfectly and it's very comfortable to use. They come in a very sleek design and bright colors. I can use them on any surface. I've used on my laptop itself, on the couch, on top of a blanket, on my leg (wearing anything from jean to sweats) and it always works perfectly. Smooth moving along the screen without jumping or stalling.They are very well made. I can't tell you how many times I've dropped this- including many times on my hardwood floors. Nothing has ever broken, not chipped pieces and the mouse still works fine after being dropped.Love that the USB stick is so small, though that seems to be more of the norm now with wireless mice.Great price too. I've looked at newer models but don't really see a difference or any real benefit to switching! Very happy! Will probably buy again in the future!

Not all M185 are unifying…. Literally- if the red star is missing on the product, it doesn’t have capability to utilize Logitech Unifying Software.

Does what it's designed to do. I rarely change batteries. It's great cheap mouse that you can lose or break (work as a classroom teacher) and you won't cry about it.

I like my new Logitech mouse, works great, works great while using it on my mouse pad no sticking and stopping like my old one. Was time for a new one.

This is a great mouse. It comes with a battery, and is ready to use. It is the lightest mouse I have ever felt. When I got it, I had thought it didn't have a battery in it because it was so light. It is very small, compact and portable as well. I love the feel of the mouse, and it looks great too. Also, the wireless feature is the best. You don't have to deal with an annoying wire. Also, the wireless USB receiver is under the cover next to the battery.
