Q: The "new improved recipe" is horrible. why o why has it been changed (noticed change october 2021). my fussy pups loved the old one but hate this one.

Agree! I’m so upset. The original recipe is one of the few things my elderly dog would eat. The new edition is like slop!

Q: Hi what is the consistency? Is it like soup??

Not like soup. Rather like a solid block and you cut it into little chunks. There is quite a lot of runny jelly which would probably be good for mixing up with dry food.

Q: What is the shelf life please ?

I keep mine in the fridge, I imagine at least a couple of days

Q: Does this dog food contain bone?

I have never been aware of any. I'm waiting a new arrival of the food but I'm sure there will be a list of ingredients available.
